Places like Okinawa (Japan), Sardinia (Italy), and Nicoya (Costa Rica).</p><p><br></p><p>KETO</p><p>Fasting has been used for healing for thousands of years. In the 1920s, researchers found that the ketogenic diet could mimic fasting’s benefits.
