<p>In its 17th year, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB)’s <em>Miami Spice Restaurant Program </em>is teaming up with <strong>Chef Michael Beltran</strong> of <a href="http://www.arietemiami.com/" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(0, 127, 140);">Ariete</a>, <strong>Chef Diego Oka</strong> of <a href="https://www.mandarinoriental.com/miami/brickell-key/fine-dining/restaurants/peruvian-cuisine/la-mar-by-gaston-acurio" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(0, 127, 140);">La Mar by Gaston Acurio</a> and <strong>Chef Patrick Ochs</strong> of <a href="http://www.thestrandmiami.com/" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(0, 127, 140);">The Strand at Carillon Miami</a> for an unforgettable culinary experience. The dynamic trio will host a dinner giving you an exclusive sneak peek of their <em>Miami Spice</em> menus before the program officially kicks off on August 1, 2018.</p><p><br></p><p>Enjoy this one-night-only dining experience will take place on Thursday, June 28, at the gorgeous oceanfront restaurant, The Strand at Carillon Miami. The three-course meal will allow diners to experience the unique culinary fusion of three beloved Miami chefs whose concepts have all been stamped with the Slow Food Snail of Approval. The Slow Food Miami program recognizes local businesses that maintain good, clean and fair standards, awarding the Snail of Approval to producers, co-producers and artisans, in recognition of their contribution to the Quality, Authenticity and Sustainability of the food and beverages consumed.
