<p>Naivi G. Burgos, originally from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, has been passionate about pastry since her teenage years when she was inspired by watching the Food Network. Her love for desserts and a natural sweet tooth led her to pursue a career in Pastry Arts, studying at La Escuela Hotelera de San Juan, where she earned her associate degree in 2012. She later returned to the same institute to expand her skills in Culinary Arts, graduating in 2016.</p><p>With seven years of experience in the culinary industry, Naivi has had the opportunity to learn from distinguished chefs, refining her craft with a focus on pastry. Her creations are known for incorporating the vibrant flavors of her Puerto Rican heritage, blending tradition with innovation.</p><p>For Naivi, dessert is more than just a sweet ending—it’s about evoking memories, sparking joy, and transforming perceptions.
