With hands-on experience across service, culinary, and event operations, combined with bartending certifications and an associate’s degree in culinary arts, Alice offers a 360° understanding of hospitality.</p><p><br></p><p>Her path in the industry was shaped by both passion and perseverance. In 2005, when female bartenders were a rarity, Alice was the only woman in her class. Despite the challenges, she found herself energized by the fast-paced atmosphere, the adrenaline of rush hours, and the joy of connecting with guests—an experience that ignited her lifelong passion for Food & Beverage.</p><p><br></p><p>Now a Food & Beverage Manager at The Strand, Alice is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving innovation and operational excellence. A devoted dog lover, she has rescued dogs since childhood—a reflection of her nurturing spirit. While she once dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, her heart ultimately led her to the kitchen. Cooking is both her creative outlet and a source of joy, with her famous cheese flan earning rave reviews from friends and family.</p><p><br></p><p>However, Alice’s greatest joy comes from cooking alongside her 13-year-old son, who shares her passion and dreams of becoming a chef.
