<p>Christopher Robertson began his career by gaining knowledge and experience at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami, earning certification as a Culinarian with a focus on culinary arts and chef training. Prior to his role at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, Robertson acquired experience at a variety of establishments located throughout the state of Florida, everywhere from Boca Raton to Naples and South Beach. Today, his passion for sustainable cooking—which incorporates compost efforts, responsible farming, carbon footprint reduction, and conservation—seeps into his role at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, in which he approaches each menu with seasonality, regionality, and environmental impact as his north star.</p><p>Dedicated to sourcing ingredients from regional farms and using a variety of products from across the state of Florida, Chef Robertson goes beyond traditional cooking. He is a passionate advocate for effective sustainable efforts and will be focusing on cultivating a garden that embodies a holistic, closed-loop approach to culinary creation at Carillon.</p><p>Chef Robertson's philosophy extends beyond the kitchen. He believes in the power of community and heartfelt care.
