In a return engagement, Fletcher takes the helm of the daily operations for all food and beverage outlets including Michelin-starred Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt; contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, The Strand; Seaglass Café at the Cabana Pool; The Corner Store café and juice bar; and all in-suite dining and banqueting for over 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.Fletcher also oversees guest satisfaction, working closely with the entire food and beverage team to enhance hospitality and create memorable experiences that keep resort guests and locals eager to return.“I'm passionate about creating an unforgettable culinary journey that excites our guests and residents. He joined the InterContinental in 2023 from Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, where, as Director of Pool and Beach, he managed all operations for the pools and beach outlets in one of Miami’s largest stretches of beachfront. Fletcher’s performance was noted glowingly with a Leader of the Quarter award in early 2021.Previously, Fletcher spent four years at Trump National Doral in Miami, starting as Room Service and Minibar Manager in 2017 and departing in 2021 as Director of Pool and Recreation, with a turn as Assistant General Manager of Champions Restaurant in between. He began his career in hospitality as Room Service and Minibar Manager at InterContinental Miami back in 2015, where he oversaw a team of 17, monitored minibar sales and introduced new items to the product line up.Hailing originally from Broward, Florida, Fletcher earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Broward College, Davie, as well as a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism from Florida Atlantic University. Right at home residing in Miami, Fletcher enjoys soaking up sunshine and spending his downtime following auto sports, capturing photography and building computers. More than anything, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his newborn daughter.“It's my priority to cultivate a warm, inviting atmosphere where every guest feels valued and cherished, ensuring each dining experience—whether a casual poolside lunch or an elegant banquet—creates lasting memories and a desire to return to Carillon Miami Wellness Resort,” he says.
